Our honey blonde combines a light-in-color and subtle-in-flavor malt profile with a touch of locally sourced honey, finished with Mount Hood hops for a truly American flavor. The specific blend of the hop and honey work together to create a balanced and delicate taste.
Abbey styles were originally pioneered by monks in the 17th century. Our take has the very unique and powerful Belgian Candi Sugar flavor and Tettnanger hops for a bittering complement. This full-bodied ale features the most layered and complex flavors of our core brews.
Our Irish Red is one of our favorites! This traditional style is malt forward, sweet, and light on the palate. The signature red coloring comes from the roasted barley which also contributes to the natural sweetness of the ale.
